Even an investment can be an affair of the heart. Come with us to see why...
The Three Carp Residences fuses the spirit of the medieval Old Town Prague and the refined tastes of designers from BM Develop and Studio acht, whose works can be admired across Europe, including London and Amsterdam.
Some of the interior design elements were sensitively selected from the renowned Patricia Urquiola collection to create a unique, comfortable and elegant living space.
Nestled between the banks of the Vltava and the Old Town Square, Three Carp residents will have the jewels of the city’s architecture and the finest in cuisine and culture at their very doorstep.
The connected buildings of 6 Kaprova and 8 Valentinská retain the spell of their original late 19th century neostyles, while the amenities, features and design of the apartments are of today’s highest order.
22 individual apartments range in size from studio to three bedroom, most replete with balcony, terrace and courtyard garden, alongside 4 commercial spaces and a 24-space parking lot beneath the property in a private underground garage.
The Three Carp Residences project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2016.

It is within very close proximity to all central Prague amenities, including cosmopolitan shops, pavement cafes and art galleries.
